  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/4 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey Or Meat Of Your Choice
  • 3/4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can (28 Oz. Size) Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Each Basil, Parsley And Oregano

Directions

    Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chopped garlic and onion and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add ground meat and cook until brown.

    Stir in broth, crushed tomatoes, wine, basil, parsley, and oregano. Simmer for 2-3 hours.

    Serve over hot pasta tossed with fresh basil.
