- 1/4 Large Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey Or Meat Of Your Choice
- 3/4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can (28 Oz. Size) Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 1 teaspoon Each Basil, Parsley And Oregano
Directions

1Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chopped garlic and onion and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add ground meat and cook until brown.

2Stir in broth, crushed tomatoes, wine, basil, parsley, and oregano. Simmer for 2-3 hours.

3Serve over hot pasta tossed with fresh basil.
