- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 clove garlic
Directions

1Quarter tomatoes.

2Place in heated, and oiled, stock pot.

4Let simmer for twenty minutes.

5Strain tomatoes.

6Place into blender.

7Add spices, basil, and garlic.

8Optional: add mushrooms and red onion.

9Blend.

10Place the sauce back into the stock pot.

11Cover.

12Let simmer until sauce gets thickened.
