Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. large shell macaroni
- 2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans chopped clams
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
Directions

1Saute bacon for 5 minutes.

2Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook until bacon is brown.

3Pour off most of the excess fat.

4Add tomatoes, V-8, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.

5Stir in shell macaroni.

6Cover and cook 12 minutes, stirring once.

7Add clams and parsley.

8Simmer 5 minutes.
