- 1/2 to 1 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 oz. (1 c.) salsa
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- chopped green chilies
- chopped onion and parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Dip fillets in flour, salt and pepper.

3Melt butter in skillet and lightly brown fish on both sides, adding more butter as necessary.

4Place fish in individual casserole dishes. Top each with salsa, cheeses, chilies, onion and parsley.

5Bake about 10 minutes or until done.
