  • 2 lb. red snapper or other white fish
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • dash of hot red pepper sauce
  • paprika and salt to sprinkle

Directions

    Place fish in greased baking dish.

    Combine all but paprika and spread over.

    Sprinkle on paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
