- 1 pt. cold potatoes
- 1 pt. cold boiled beets
- 1 pt. uncooked red cabbage
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 8 Tbsp. red vinegar (that in which beets have been pickled)
- 2 tsp. salt (unless vegetables cooked in salt)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut potatoes in thin slices and the beets fine.

2Slice the cabbage as thin as possible.

3Mix all the ingredients.

4Let stand in a cold place 1 hour, then serve.
