  • 1 c. of Pino Nior or Shiraz
  • 1/2 Gala Apple (diced)
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Red Grapes (halved)
  • 1/2 Tbs. Cilantro
  • 2 Tsp. Flour

Directions

    In a sauce pan, on medium heat start cooking apples.

    Add wine and sugar and bring to a boil. Stire regularly.
  3. 3
    Add grapes and cilantro and reduce to a simmer.
  4. 4
    Slowly add flour to thicken. Once at desired thickness,
  5. 5
    remove from heat and serve immediatly.
