  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups red wine
  • Chocolate ganache frosting (one recipe goes a loooong way)
  • 10 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1-1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
