- 2 lb. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean mild) or ham, cubed
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 8 slices bread
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Cook sausage; drain.

2Remove crust from bread and cut up.

3Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Place bread on bottom, then put sausage on top of bread.

5Beat eggs, milk and mustard; mix well and pour over sausage.

6Add cheese, then mushroom soup over all.

7Let set overnight in refrigerator.

8Bake at 325° or 350° for 1 hour.
