- 1 small jar Macadamia nuts
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. redfish fillets
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Mix together milk and eggs on shallow bowl and set aside. Pulverize nuts.

2Add flour, pepper, garlic salt and parsley.

3Dip fish fillets in milk-egg mixture, then roll in flour mixture.

4Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

5Serve with lemon.
