Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups nonfat milk, warm
  • 14 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 14 cup white sugar
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 34 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 34 cups all-purpose flour (organic unbleached is best)
  • 1 14 teaspoons active dry yeast (bread machine version)

Directions

    Place all ingredients in pan of bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.

    Select dough setting.

    When complete, turn out onto a floured surface.

    Cut dough in half and roll each half out to a 1 in thick .

    Cut each half into six 3 1/2 in rounds .

    Place on greased baking sheet far apart and brush with melted butter.

    Cover with a damp towel and let rise until doubled, about one hour.

    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
