  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 c. nonfat cracker crumbs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 oz. Colby cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices American cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • black pepper to taste
  • Pam cooking spray
