  • 1 1/4 c. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's salt
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Cut the venison or beef into thin strips.
