  • 15 grams Butter
  • 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Grain vinegar
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Directions

    Prepare the squid (remove the insides) and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Put the butter in a heated pan and fry the prepared squid.

    Season with salt, pepper and light soy sauce.
