  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 lemon Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Milk

Directions

    Combine the heavy cream and sugar, and whip until firm.

    Pour lemon juice and mix gently.

    (You can also add lemon pulps) Add milk, and mix some more.

    Spread on a tray, and cover with plastic wrap.

    Let it sit for 2 hours in a freezer, then it's done.
