Refrigerated Dessert

   In mixing bowl, cut butter into flour until crumbly.

   Stir in 3/4 cup peanuts.

   Press mixture over bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

   Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes; cool.

   In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese on low speed until fluffy.

   Beat in powdered sugar and half of whipped topping.

   Spread over crust and chill.

   In larger mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.

   Beat 2 minutes.

    Spoon on top of cream cheese layer.

    Chill or freeze until firm, overnight.

    Top with remainder of whipped cream (Cool Whip).

    Sprinkle with grated chocolate and remainder of peanuts.
