- 5 lb. potatoes
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Peel and cook potatoes in salted water until tender.

2Drain. Beat until smooth.

3Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.

4Put in covered container in refrigerator.

5Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.

6When ready to use, put desired amount in greased (or sprayed with Pam) casserole dish.

7Dot with butter or margarine.

8Bake at 350°

9until heated through.

10Makes 8 cups or 12 servings.
