- 5 lb. boiled potatoes
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives or 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Mash the potatoes, mixed with the other ingredients, until smooth and fluffy.

2Pour into lightly greased casserole; cover tightly and refrigerate for later use in planning a dinner when you need to save time.

3Will last up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.

4When ready to use, uncover, sprinkle top with paprika and dot with butter and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
