Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green or sweet red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook corn according to package directions; drain.

2In a saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch.

3Stir in vinegar and water. Stir in corn, celery, pepper, pimiento, onion, turmeric, mustard, and salt.

4Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.

5Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.

6Cool.

7Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 4 weeks.

8Serve with beef, pork, or poultry.

9Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
