Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy cake mix (yellow) or 1/2 box regular cake mix
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 qt. Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix cake according to the directions on box.

    Mix in blender for best results.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    Cool cake.

    Mix together softened cream cheese, instant pudding and milk.

    Spread mixture over top of cooled cake.

    Drain the pineapple well and put on top of pudding mixture.

    Put Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts.

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    This dessert will keep in refrigerator one week.
