  • 1 large pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 pkg. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. nuts

    Melt butter, cream cheese and chocolate chips in double boiler.

    Add vanilla, sugar and nuts.

    Mix well; press into ungreased pan.
