- 5 lb. potatoes, peeled
- 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook potatoes in salted water until done, drain and mash.

2Add sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt, salt, pepper and margarine. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

3Stores 2 weeks in refrigerator.

4To serve, place desired amount in greased casserole.

5Dot with margarine and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Makes 8 cups.

7To bake entire amount, use a 2 quart casserole.
