  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 tsp. onion salt

Directions

    Cook peeled potatoes until tender.

    Drain and mash until smooth.

    Add all ingredients and beat.

    Refrigerate, covered. Keeps for about 2 weeks.

    Place desired amount in buttered casserole; dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or microwave a small dipper on a plate or in individual serving dish.
