Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- grated cheese (add before baking)
Directions

1Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salt water until tender and then drain.

2Mash until very smooth.

3Add remaining ingredients except for cheese and beat until light and fluffy.

4Cool.

5Cover and place in refrigerator (may store for two weeks).

6To use, place in greased dishes; dot with butter and grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° until heated through, about 1 hour.

8To double recipe, double all ingredients except for cream cheese (use one 8 ounce).

9Put in 6-quart casserole.

10Wonderful, as you can make it ahead of time and it serves a lot of company!
