- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

2Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix until blended.

3May be stored in covered container in refrigerator for as long as 4 weeks.

4Bake as needed in lightly greased muffin cups at 400° for 20 minutes.
