  • 1 (24 oz.) box Raisin Bran
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. sifted flour
  • 5 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 qt. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix all the dry ingredients.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Fill greased mini-muffin tins two-thirds full.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Batter will keep about 4 weeks in refrigerator.
