- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. sifted flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix all the dry ingredients.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Fill greased mini-muffin tins two-thirds full.

5Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Batter will keep about 4 weeks in refrigerator.
