  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)

Directions

    Stir oats, half-and-half, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in an air-tight container until blended. Seal container and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
