- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 6 to 8 c. sliced pickles
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- ice cubes and water to cover
Directions

1Put sliced pickles, pepper and onions into large bowl.

2Cover with ice water; let stand for about 1 hour.

3Drain.

4Put into large container that will fit into your refrigerator.

5Cover pickles, pepper and onions with the vinegar, sugar and spices. Mixture will stay for about 6 months in refrigerator.
