- 1 gal. cucumbers
- 4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/3 tsp. turmeric
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Bring all ingredients to a boil, except cucumbers.

2Let cool, then pour over cucumbers that have been placed into a gallon jar. Put in refrigerator; let set about 2 weeks before eating.
