- 8 c. sliced, unpeeled cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine the salt with the cucumbers and let stand overnight. Drain. Add the onion, green pepper and celery.

2Mix the sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed.

3Pour cold over the vegetables and mix well.

4Put in jars.

5Refrigerate. Stores in refrigerator indefinitely.
