  • 8 c. sliced, unpeeled cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

    Combine the salt with the cucumbers and let stand overnight. Drain. Add the onion, green pepper and celery.

    Mix the sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed.

    Pour cold over the vegetables and mix well.

    Put in jars.

    Refrigerate. Stores in refrigerator indefinitely.
