- 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. distilled white vinegar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Directions

1In a colander, toss cucumbers and salt.

2Place colander in sink or bowl and let drain for 2 hours.

3Mix sugar, vinegar and celery seed in large bowl until sugar dissolves.

4Add cucumbers, bell pepper and onion; toss to mix.

5Spoon into clean jars.

6Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.

7Can be refrigerated for 4 months.
