- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients and let stand 1 hour and drain.

2Mix 1 cup vinegar, 2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons mustard seed, and 2 tablespoons celery seed.

3Boil 1 minute then cool to warm and pour over pickles.

4Keeps in refrigerator for weeks.
