- 10 cucumbers, sliced very thin with skins on
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 red pepper, if available
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix celery, mustard seed, salt, vinegar and sugar; heat until dissolved (do not boil).

2Cool and pour over cucumbers.

3Put in refrigerator.

4Will keep for 4 months in refrigerator.
