- 1 gal. cucumbers
- 1 onion (to each quart jar)
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/3 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Slice thinly the cucumbers.

2Slice thin the onions and put in bottom of jar.

3Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, turmeric and mustard seed.

4Pour over cucumbers and onions.

5Keep in refrigerator. Ready in 5 to 6 days.
