- 7 c. unpeeled, sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. green peppers (optional)
Directions

1Make a brine with 1 cup vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 cups sugar and 1 tablespoon celery seed.

2Do not heat.

3When sugar is dissolved, add celery seed and salt and pour over sliced cucumbers and onions.

4Store in refrigerator in covered container.

5Let stand 24 hours before using.
