  • 9 large potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Cook potatoes with salt; mash.

    Add cream cheese, onion salt, salt and pepper to taste and margarine.

    Beat until fluffy.

    Cool, cover and refrigerate.
