- 5 c. rhubarb, cut fine
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 4 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine rhubarb and sugar in saucepan.

2Cook on low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until juice begins.

3Bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add jello.

5Stir until mixture thickens.

6If mixture is still too juicy, add another package of jello.

7Pour into jelly jars and refrigerate.
