- 1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 6 c. flour
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a measuring cup, dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.

2Set aside.

3Cream Crisco in large bowl.

4Alternately add flour with 2 cups lukewarm water and salt.

5When half the ingredients have been mixed, mix in yeast mix.

6When all ingredients have been added, cover and refrigerated.

7Make and let rise at least 2 hours before baking.
