Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. unsifted plain flour or bread flour
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. warm water (125~ to 130~)
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine 1 cup of flour with yeast, salt and sugar.

2Add warm water, butter and egg.

3Stir together.

4Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time.

5Blend well until dough is not sticky.

6Knead on floured surface until smooth.

7Put into greased bowl and cover well; refrigerate overnight.

8When ready to serve, shape rolls and place in greased pans.

9Cover and let rise 1 hour.

10Bake at 350° until brown.

11Makes 16 rolls.

12Brush with butter.
