- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 7 to 8 c. flour
Directions

1Mix boiling water, sugar, Crisco and salt.

2Cool to lukewarm (about 10 minutes).

3Soften yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in 1/4 cup of lukewarm water.

4Stir yeast into the other lukewarm mixture.

5Add 2 beaten eggs (room temperature).

6Stir in 4 cups of flour.

7Add 3 to 4 or more cups of flour to make a soft dough.

8Do not knead.

9Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight.
