- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. shortening or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Melt shortening and cool.

3Let milk come to a boil and cool.

4Add yeast to lukewarm milk; add shortening, eggs and salt.

5Add flour; stir until smooth and put in refrigerator or make out into rolls.

6If you refrigerate, it takes a couple of hours to warm enough to make into rolls or cinnamon rolls.

7You can make this into loaves of bread if you desire.
