- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 egg
- splash water
Directions

1Cut chicken breasts into strips.

2Combine flour, chili powder, salt and pepper in a large ziplock bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.

3Beat egg and water together. Coat chicken strips in egg-wash.

4Dredge chicken through cornflakes. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

5Bake at 425F for 30 - 40 minutes.
