- 2 c. water, lukewarm
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Mix butter, sugar and egg; add yeast mixture.

3Stir in flour gradually.

4Mix well.

5Fill desired number of muffin tins about half full.

6Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Cover tightly and refrigerate unused portion.
