- 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 pt. tomatoes, stewed
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. whole wheat elbow macaroni or whole wheat noodles
Directions

1Brown hamburger and drain well.

2Add onion and cook until transparent.

3Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Season with chili powder and garlic powder.

4While this is simmering, cook macaroni or noodles until tender.

5Drain and add to soup.
