Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo (room temperature)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Mix in a large mixing bowl the oleo, sugar and salt.

2Add 1 cup of boiling water.

3Stir until oleo is melted, then cool.

4Mix 1 cup of barely warm water and yeast.

5Add to oleo mixture.

6Mix in slightly beaten eggs.

7Add in flour a little at a time and mix well.

8Cover tightly in a large container and refrigerate overnight.

9Push dough down and pinch off for cloverleaf rolls. Let rise 1 1/2 hours, then bake 12 minutes at 425°.

10Dough may be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
