- 1 c. milk, scalded
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. water (warm)
- 2 eggs
- 5 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Add sugar and oil; stir until dissolved.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

5Add eggs and flour.

6Knead on a floured board.

7Place in a greased bowl and let rise until it doubles in size and may at this time put in refrigerator or make into rolls.

8Let rise again until double in size.

9Bake for 15 minutes at 375°.
