- 1 c. Crisco (not oil)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. warm water (from faucet)
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c. plain flour
Directions

1Mix Crisco, sugar, salt and boiling water well to dissolve grease.

2Add warm water and yeast.

3Then add the eggs.

4Put in plain flour one cup at a time.

5Mix well.
-
6Leave in same bowl. Put some oil on top of dough.

7Put Saran Wrap over bowl.

8Put in refrigerator overnight.

9Make out amount you need.

10Dot with butter.
-
11Let rise in warmest place you have for 2 or 3 hours or until they rise.

12Bake at 400° until done.

13Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks or longer.

14Makes 45 rolls.
