Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream sugar and margarine.

    Add 1 cup boiling water.

    While this mixture is cooling, add together yeast and lukewarm water. Beat eggs slightly and add.

    Add yeast to cooled, creamed mixture, then add flour and salt.

    (Add only 2 cups of flour at a time). Mix well.

    Spray large bowl with Pam.

    Pour dough into bowl and cover.

    (This mixture will be very sticky.)

    Put in refrigerator overnight.

    Let raise 2 hours before baking in muffin tins.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

    Brush with butter when done.
