- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 well beaten eggs
- 3 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Pour boiling water over butter and sugar.

3Add well beaten egg.

4Stir until butter is melted. Then add yeast mixture.

5Stir in 3 cups self-rising flour until dough is gooey.

6Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (one night is best or 2 or 3 days is okay.)

7Roll out dough on lightly floured board to about 1/2-inch thickness.

8Cut and flip over in melted butter and place on a cookie sheet.

9Let stand at least 1 hour in warm area, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown at 350°.
