  • 1 qt. green tomatoes
  • 1 qt. onions
  • 1 qt. cucumbers
  • 12 peppers (I use 6 green and red peppers)
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Soak the first 5 ingredients overnight; drain and soak 3 hours in cold water.

    Cook all 20 minutes.
